Acai Bowl Recipe

Hi everybody it's me again with another random blog! Today I'm going to be talking about my recipe on how to make an acai bowl. An acai bowl is a very healthy meal that is very nutritious. I love acai bowls because they are so delicious and very healthy. Acai are berries that come in packages. You mix the acai pack with other ingredients to make the best acai bowl in town. ( in my opinion) I'm going to be sharing my recipe that I love so much.

First what you will need is:
1 frozen unsweetened acai puree package
1 banana
5-6 strawberries
1 medjool date
1/4 cup milk

What you do is put the acai package in the blender with your banana, strawberries, 1 medjool date, and your milk. You blend and blend until it becomes like a smoothie. You want to make sure you don't blend too much that it becomes liquidy because it doesn't taste good like that. After you do this, you pour it into a bowl and put whatever toppings you want on it and enjoy it. I love putting granolas on top of it as well as fruits. The thing I love about this recipe is that it is all natural sweet and no extract sugar added into it, also it is so easy to make it to your preferred choice.
